When will my worktops be delivered?

Generally Worktops are Delivered in 2-3 Working days (Stock Permitting) however we do quote upto 7 days.

If you are requiring next day delivery, orders must be recieved by 10 am the day prior to delivery, To check next day delivery is available please contact us on 01482-935390

We reccomend you have your worktops and accessories delivered at least 48 hours prior to fitting, this way you are covered should there be any problems.

Can I track my order?

Smaller items and 'Short Lengths' are sent out on a next day service which can be between 7am-6pm If nobody is available to take delivery the courier will 'Card' the address and you will be able to call and reschedule delivery for a more convenient time. Should you have any preference please add this to the order notes to prevent failed delivery attempts. Should you require a tracking number for your small order you can call our office on 01482-935390 where one of our sales advisors will be happy to help.

For worktop orders, we can narrown delivery down to a particular date and we specify that the driver is to contact you around 1 hour prior to making the delivery on the scheduled date.

* Please note, all goods must be checked in the presence of the delivery driver on arrival, and signed for in good condition, any defects must be noted on the paper work, and reported to us within 24hrs, by calling 01482-935390
