Worktop City Delivery Information

Enjoy our reduced delivery starting at £25 for branded worktops. Exclusions apply (Actual deliver costs vary depending on location, brand of item ordered and cart value. Our system will determine delivery cost when products are added to cart and you input your delivery address.

Please note: If ordering products from different brands, orders may be shipped from different locations therefore our checkout will calculate carriage costs based on your shopping cart.

Our delivery service operates on a '1 Man' system (Excluding Formica products, which is a 2-Person home delivery service) This means the driver will require assistance when unloading your order. It is essential that an able-bodied person is present at the delivery location to help the driver safely offload larger or heavier items, such as worktops. All deliveries are ground floor only.

For custom orders or larger quantities, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. If your order requires special handling or is for a remote location, we will work closely with you to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Worktops are typically delivered in 1-5 working days (stock permitting), though we quote up to 7 days. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 am on Formica Products. For next-day availability, call 01482-935390 Before placing the order.

We recommend taking delivery of your order at least 48 hours before your fitter is booked to start in order to allow sufficient time for any potential issues to be rectified.

Smaller items and components are sent via a courier we will provide tracking details. Standard delivery is usually 2-3 working days. If unavailable, you’ll receive a card to reschedule delivery. Add delivery preferences in the order notes to avoid missed deliveries. For a tracking number, call 01482-935390.

For worktop orders, we’ll call to arrange delivery when we receive your order. The driver will call you about an hour before arrival on the day of delivery. Missed pre-arranged worktop deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge of at least the original amount charged at the time of order (this may be higher if we have subsidised the cost. we can provide proof of additional charges upon request)

Important Information

All goods must be inspected in the presence of the delivery driver. Any defects must be noted on the paperwork and reported within 24 hours by calling 01482-935390.
